The property was never
the problem.
The other guests were.
Zero Interval secures entire properties and fills them exclusively with people who were selected — not people who simply booked. Join the waitlist because the first journey accommodates a fixed number of guests, and selection starts here.
Request Access No payment · No commitment · Every request reviewedThe property was perfect.
The guests were not.
You have experienced this. A beautiful property, thoughtfully designed, meticulously staffed — shared with people you would never have chosen to be around.
The problem is not the property. The problem is that luxury hospitality selects for ability to pay — not for compatibility, discretion, or shared standards. That distinction is the foundation of Zero Interval.
A private pool that was private in name only — shared with strangers from fourteen other rooms.
Staff attention stretched thin across guests who each assumed they were the priority.
The quiet you paid for, available only between midnight and 6 AM.
The unspoken calculation at every meal: adjust your behaviour, or ignore theirs.
One idea.
Executed completely.
Zero Interval secures entire properties and fills them exclusively with people who were selected. The structure is straightforward. The result is not something most travel companies are willing to deliver.
"You join because the people you meet didn't need to meet you either."
The entire property is ours.
One booking. One group. For the full duration. Whether it is a Mediterranean villa, a Scottish castle, a boutique hotel in the Atlas Mountains, or a safari lodge in East Africa — the entire property is reserved exclusively for The Circle. No other guests. No shared spaces. No exceptions.
Every person is selected.
Before anyone travels, there is a conversation. We are selecting for one thing: whether this person belongs in the same space as the others. If they don't, they don't travel. Even if they can pay double.
Everything serves the Circle.
Staff, facilities, schedule, attention — all of it organised around a small group of people who chose to be there. That is a different experience from a hotel. Not because the property is better. Because no one present is a stranger.
We will be
direct with you.
Zero Interval is a new company. We have not completed our first journey. There are no testimonials because there are no guests yet — that is what this founding phase is for.
We are not asking you to trust us. We are asking you to watch.
What exists right now: a clear concept, properties being scouted in the Mediterranean and Indian Ocean, and a founder who is documenting every step in public. You can follow the process before you commit to anything.
What we are asking for: your name on a waitlist. No payment. No obligation. When the first journey is confirmed, you will receive the full picture — the property, the dates, the pricing, the legal structure, and the cancellation terms. The decision is yours at that point, not before.
If the first journey does not meet the standard we describe here, we will say so. Publicly.
Mediterranean,
2026.
We are finalising properties now. The first Circle will be a private estate reserved in its entirety for a small group of selected guests. Eight to ten days. The size is intentional: intimate enough that every person present was a deliberate choice.
When the first property is confirmed, those on the waitlist receive everything first: photos, exact dates, full pricing, and cancellation terms.
From $28,000
Per room · 8–10 days · All-inclusive on propertyWithin that: exclusive use of the entire property, all meals prepared by a dedicated chef, premium wines and spirits, daily housekeeping, curated local excursions, airport transfers, and a concierge whose only clients are your Circle.
Pricing is per room. The full property is reserved exclusively for the Circle — the total investment depends on the number of rooms in the selected property.
From the first arrival to the final departure — everything is handled.
Reserved entirely for the Circle — whether a villa, a country estate, a castle, a boutique hotel, or a safari lodge. No outside guests. No shared spaces. No exceptions.
The journey is postponed. We do not fill vacant spots to recover costs. The alternative is the problem we built this company to solve.
Mediterranean coast and Indian Ocean. Specific properties confirmed for those on the waitlist first.
Two or more journeys per year across different property types and destinations. The schedule is built around the Circle — not around availability.
Next year you will stay at an
exceptional property.
So will a stranger with a credit card.
The founding Circle is assembled once. The people in it are the ones who decided before everyone else did.

The process is documented publicly. The properties visited, the decisions made, the standard applied. Follow along before you commit to anything.
If what you see matches what you read here, the waitlist is the next step. If it doesn't, it doesn't.
M. Habechi
Founder · Zero IntervalZero Interval was built around one frustration I could not find a solution to: paying for privacy and receiving proximity instead.
The quality of a space is determined by the people in it. A private villa with the wrong guests is not a private villa — it is an expensive shared experience with strangers who happened to book before you.
The concept is not complex. What is rare is the willingness to say no to people who have the budget but not the fit. Most travel companies cannot afford that position. I am building one that holds it.
I am documenting this process publicly — the properties I visit, the conversations I have, the decisions I make and why. You can follow that before you commit to anything.
— M. HabechiHonest answers.
No disclaimers.
You are new. Why should I trust this?
You shouldn't — not yet. Join the waitlist because it costs nothing and commits you to nothing. When the first journey is confirmed, you will receive the full picture: the property, the dates, the legal entity, and the cancellation terms. At that point you decide. Not before.
Will other guests be present at the property?
No public guests. Every person present has been admitted through the same process. The property is reserved exclusively for the Circle — no exceptions, no walk-ins, no shared facilities with outside guests.
Who are the other guests?
That depends on who joins the waitlist and who we select. We are looking for people who can be entirely themselves without needing anything from the room. Every person goes through a conversation before being invited to travel. Compatibility is the only criterion.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is per room, not per person. The exact capacity and cost depends on the property — a castle suite differs from a safari tent differs from a villa bedroom. The full property is reserved exclusively for the Circle; the total investment depends on the number of rooms. Full pricing details are provided for each specific journey before you commit.
What types of properties do you book?
We secure entire properties across categories: private villas and estates, historic manor houses and castles, boutique hotels (full buyout), safari lodges and tented camps, coastal compounds and island retreats. The common requirement: the property must be reservable in its entirety, with no public guests during our stay.
What if the group does not fill?
The journey is postponed until the Circle is complete. We do not fill vacant spots to recover costs. If that means waiting longer for the right group, we wait. The alternative is the problem we built this company to solve.
Who is behind Zero Interval?
M. Habechi. The legal entity, registration details, and full admissions agreement are available before any payment is requested.
Will there be a membership fee later?
When the first journeys have proven the concept, yes. An annual membership will give returning guests priority access and preferred pricing. That structure comes after the first Circle travels — not before.
What if I join the waitlist and decide it is not for me?
Nothing happens. You say no, we remove you from the list. That is the end of it.
The property.
The Circle.
Your name on both.
If the standard is relevant to how you travel, the conversation is worth having. If it isn't, it isn't.
