We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only when necessary to deliver our services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing — they do not share your payment details with us
  • Property owners: Your name and journey dates to coordinate access (bookings only)
  • Local service providers: Essential information such as dietary requirements (bookings only)
  • Website hosting: Technical infrastructure to operate our website

All third parties are contractually required to handle your data securely and in accordance with GDPR.

6. Data Retention

  • Waitlist data: Retained until you request removal or 24 months of inactivity
  • Booking data: Retained for the duration of your journey plus 24 months
  • Financial records: Retained for 7 years as required by Dutch law
  • Email communications: Retained for 3 years

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
